Requirements & Qualifications for OJT Applicants

  • Currently enrolled or recent graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
  • Basic programming knowledge in Java, Python, Web fundamentals (frontend, backend, database)
  • Familiarity with mini-CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) project experience
  • Familiarity with computer operations and office tools
  • Problem-solving skills and logical thinking
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Proactive and eager to learn
  • Commitment to full program duration
  • Availability for all sessions, assignments, and tasks
  • Basic English reading and writing skills
  • Preferred: Basic Japanese language skills

  • Introduction to Project Management, WBS and Critical Path Analysis
  • SDLC Concepts, Design Specification and Mini CRUD Projects
