We’re Hiring: Senior Software Developers

DIR-ACE Technology Ltd., (DAT) is a joint-venture company between Daiwa Institute of Research and ACE Data Systems. The company was founded in 2013 with the recognition to support the system construction and IT services for the establishment of Capital Market Development in Myanmar. DAT has been developing information systems for Japanese customers in Japan, and financial organizations in Myanmar.

 

For several challenging offshore Projects from Japan, DAT is looking for Senior Software Developers with following qualifications:

1. 2–3 years of hands-on experience in software application development
2. Flexible with programming languages and eager to learn new technologies (e.g., Java, Go, Python, JavaScript, C#, Shell, VBA, etc…)
3. Able to handle end-to-end development, including coding, debugging, troubleshooting, maintenance, and improvement
4. Comfortable with creating clear technical documentation
5. Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall SDLC methodologies
6. A strong team player who stays cool under pressure
7. Self-driven with strong work ethics and a proactive mindset
8. Japanese language proficiency is a plus, but not required
